Adam Rhea Milburn

Adam Rhea Milburn, age 39, of Tennessee died tragically as a result of an automobile accident, Monday, January 10, 2022. Adam was a quiet, gentle and loving human being. He loved his animals, particularly his dog Repo. He enjoyed fishing and going to Jelly Roll concerts. Most of all, Adam did everything in his life for the benefit of his kids. He was also a Master Craftsman.

Adam was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dennis Clark; grandmother, Kay Milburn; step-father, Hardy Swinbank; step-sister, Rebecca Caruso.

He is survived by his children, Devon Blayze and Kharizma Rhea Milburn; soulmate, Dori Garman; mother and step-father, Debra and Rico Caruso of Etowah; father and step-mother, Bob and Terri Milburn of Mt. Family will receive friends at Serenity of Etowah, Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. to celebrate Adam’s life.
