Bill Cass

 Bill Cass age 74,of Etowah, passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at his residence.

He is a native and lifelong resident of McMinn County; retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad after 29 years of service.  He attended Cane Creek Baptist Church and he loved working on cars and spending time with his family.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Paul & Edith Cass and one brother-in-law Kenneth Mull.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Pat Cass; four children and spouses, Perry Cass of Etowah, Jonathan (Kelly) Cass of Cartersville, GA, Julie (Daniel) Stair of Vonore, and Brent (Natasha) Cass of Oak Ridge, TN; sixteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister Betty Ruth Mull of Englewood; one brother, Rondel Lee (Glenda) Cass of Delano.  There are several nieces and nephews and other extended family who survive.

A Celebration of Life and Home Going will be conducted on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Funeral Home with Brother Kenny Waldrop officiating.  Interment will follow at Green Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 Friday evening, August 30, 2019 at the funeral home
