Dennis Michael Stephenson

Dennis Michael Stephenson, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in a Knoxville Hospital. He liked to captivate people with his charm.

He was born in Dearborn, Michigan  and attended schools in Garden City and Trenton, Michigan. He earned a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.  He practiced in Dearborn, Michigan for 12 years before moving to California and then Colorado.  He came to Tennessee to live in 2018.  

Dennis was the son of Mark Louis Stephenson and Betty Ellen Blumberg and is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by, his significant other, Charles Christopher Weston also of Madisonville; three brothers, Craig Louis Stephenson of Michigan, Curtis Stephenson of Florida and Mark Stephenson of Wheaton, Illinois.  Dennis has two aunts and numerous cousins also surviving.
