Helen Irene Carpenter

Helen Carpenter, age 89, of Etowah, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at her home. She enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her grandchildren. She also enjoyed working on puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her sons, Larry, Rickey and Gary Carpenter.

Helen is survived by her son, Terry Carpenter of Etowah; daughter, Lisa Moses of Etowah; brothers, Ronnie Garrett of Tellico and Carl Garrett of Madisonville; sister, Francis Henderson of Englewood; grandchildren, April, Nicole, Lacie, Travis “Poo”, Crystal, Carrie and Cassie; great grandchildren, Hailey and Kayleigh; several other family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, March 20, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in Chestua Baptist Church Cemetery Madisonville with Pastor Shane White officiating.
