Houston "Wayne" Corbitt

Sergeant 1^st Class, Houston “Wayne” Corbitt, age 68 of Madisonville, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023. He retired from the Army after 22 years of faithful service.

Wayne was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Donaldson; wife, Jenna Corbitt; grandparents, Nelly and Johnny Deaton; brother Jimmy Corbitt.

He is survived by his sisters, Annette Kelley, Robin (Rex) Mitchell and Tina (Don) Donaldson; nieces, Misty (Angel) Pina, Cara (Charles) Coffelt; nephews, Jimmy (April) Kelley, Dustin Corbett, Michael Corbitt, Phillip (Tara) Mitchell, Dylan (Katie) Powell, Blake (Destiny) Ledford and special cousin, whom he loved like a brother, Russell Prater.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
