Jacob Franklin Getz Jr.

Jacob Franklin Getz Jr. passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on March 11th, 2025. Jake was the loving husband of Anita Getz for the last 52 years. Jake loved spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed traveling and going to the races. 

Jake was preceded in death by both of his parents, Jacob Getz Sr. and Anna Mae Getz. 

He is survived by his wife Anita Getz, his brothers Roger Getz and Paul (Robin) Getz, his children and spouses include Patricia and Aaron Faddis, Jake and Amy Getz, Troy and Christa Getz, John and Priscilla Getz, and Travis Getz. Several Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren. His celebration of life will be held on April 5th from 12-4 at the Cora Veal center in Madisonville.
