Neil Raper

Neil Eugene Raper, age 55, of Englewood ,passed away on August 2, 2020 at his home.

Preceded in death by Mother Della Mae Raper, Brothers Avery, Bucky and Billy Raper. Sisters: Peggy Stanley. Also Love of Neil’s Life Billie Michele Austin.

Survivors: Daughters Kristina Vernon of Brooksville Florida, Patricia Austin of Naples, Florida and Brandii Austin-Booth of Clay City Kentucky.

 Brothers and Sister-in Laws: Kathleen Raper of Sweetwater, Stacy Raper, Jackie and Bonnie Raper of Englewood Tennessee, Ann and Ricky Barnette of Madisonville.

Several Nieces, Nephews and several Grandchildren.

Special Friends: David and Stacy Perkins and special Nephew who he adored Jessie Johnson of Spring Hill Florida.

We will be having a celebration of life service at:
